Join us for a vibrant evening celebrating Dabke, led by a teacher from Juzour Dance Company @ Cliftonville Community Center

Zeina will begin with a short introduction to the history of Dabke, followed by a guided workshop where you’ll learn the steps. The workshop will last approximately 45 minutes.

This event was inspired by a conversation with Manar about Dabke dreaming of dancing together one day, and laughing about needing to learn first. We hope you’ll join us for what promises to be a joyful and meaningful evening of community and solidarity.

After the Workshop has finished, you can come along without a ticket to enjoy the music and help us raise money for Manar by buying some homemade food or crafts made by local artists to support this fundraiser.
